Refund & Returns Policy

At Tech Treasure Trove, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
30-Day Returns
In addition to your statutory consumer rights, Tech Treasure Trove offers a 30-day returns period for eligible products.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items returned under our additional 30-day returns policy should generally be unused and in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
This additional returns period does not replace or restrict any statutory rights you may have.
Your Statutory Cancellation Rights
When you purchase eligible goods online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, you may then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Certain legal exceptions may apply.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict your statutory cancellation rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, defective or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photographs or video showing the issue where appropriate
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Where the law requires us to cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, we will do so.
Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind about an eligible purchase, you may have a statutory cancellation right as described above.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, the product should be returned in accordance with our instructions.
Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning a product because you have changed your mind.
You may also be responsible for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and assessed, we will process any applicable refund.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method has been agreed.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the refunded funds available.
Where a statutory refund is due, it will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Products With Return Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to legal exceptions to cancellation or return rights, including certain sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Any applicable exception will not remove your rights where goods are faulty, defective or misdescribed.
Return Instructions
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Do not automatically return a product to the supplier or sender address shown on a parcel, as this may not be the correct return address.
Supplier-Fulfilled Orders
Some products sold by Tech Treasure Trove are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers.
This does not change your contract with Tech Treasure Trove or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
